
About me
David Anderson, MSPT, OCS, CMTPT, CCTT graduated from the University of Georgia in 2002 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise and Sports Medicine. From there he went on to receive his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Armstrong Atlantic State University. David has over 16 years of experience in the field of physical therapy, focusing mainly on orthopedics. He became a certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Examiners in 2013. He received his Certified Myofasical Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT) through Myopain Seminars in 2014. His most recent accomplishment, in 2021, was becoming a Certified Cervical and Temporomandibular Therapist (CCTT) through the Physical Therapy Board of Craniofacial & Cervical Therapeutics. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the American Academy of Orofacial Pain (AAOP). David is a TA at High Point University’s Physical Therapy program, assisting with first year classes as well as the Dry Needling Selective. He currently practices in an outpatient setting in Newnan, GA focusing mostly on treatment of neck, jaw, and head pain but still treats a variety of conditions.
